Adding The Convention Zing!
I love anime conventions, and organizing them is even more fun. When I found out some folks were interested in an anime convention in the Quad Cities, I knew that Mindbridge would be perfect to help make it happen. After a several weeks of work, the Project Executives from the initial meeting have gotten far, and it's been fun helping them through the process.
We created a manifesto, budget, various rules and guidelines, and a lot more in a short period of time. I helped them finalize their hotel with a great deal and we even have a huge guest to announce soon after a little legwork was done. I'm excited to be announcing that sometime tomorrow, which I am sure will add another ripple of excitement to the convention.
