Infrastructure
The infrastructure of any city is important to it's long run well being. Ignoring city infrastructure results in future problems that become too painful and costly to handle efficiently. Ryan plans to ensure that our roads, for one example, are kept in good shape. He'll ensure that all roads are looked at with equal priority with emphasis on three factors: how much traffic the road has, how badly damaged the road is, and how much money will it cost to fix a road later on.
Sewer improvements are also vital to Muscatine. A 1% sales tax that was made an option enacted specifically for imfastructure improvements needs to go to those improvements. A percentage of this is currently going to an alternate project.
